This is an auction for a New Zippo Limited Edition 1994 Allied Heroes Lighter Set. It commemorates the 50th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy.

Each lighter is highly polished brass.

Each lighter has an etched picture of a WWII general. Also etched above each picture is each generals name. I think it is actually their signatures.

The generals are:

Eisenhower, Montgomery, Bradley and DeGualle.

T is also a key holder in the middle of the display. The key holder has etched on it a shield with D-Day, Normandy, 50 Years 1944-1994.

This set is new and comes in its own round Zippo collectors tin.

The lighters have never been used. All the lighters are in excellent new conditon. Under the display is plastic protective cases for each lighter and paperwork for each lighter.

The tin is also in excellent new condition. I even have the cardboard sleeve that the tin came in.

This was my aunts set. She bought each of her siblings a set to honor my Grandpa that was in WWII. It has been stored as a true collectable since it was purchased.
