This is a very nice "PROOF SET" that was struck in both SILVER and BRONZE by the U.S. MINT in Philadelphia. The medals were struck to commemorate the "Young Astronauts Program" and this was authorized by the president at the time, Ronald Reagan. The medals have both been graded by NGC, the most recognized and respected third party grading company in the United States as PROOF 68 ULTRA CAMEO and PROOF 69 ULTRA CAMEO. This would make a nice set to add to any collection and it is being offered at a very reasonable price. If purchased this set of medals will be shipped using U.S. Postal Priority Mail.
