Item Description This item is from Clayworks, by Blue Sky. Artists name is Heather Goldminc.This is Chez Jean Marc House , comes with plate. Stands about 10" high. House lists off and you can place one of your candles, tea lights, lighting, etc. All items come with their original packaging and box. I am assisting a former Hallmark store owner with selling off her extensive stock of brand new items, they are not used, never been owned. They need a good home. The Hallmark store closed nearly four years ago so chances are this item is retired, no longer available for purchase. They are also most likely to appreciate in value over the years. This is the first collection to be listed so please check back as items will be added every week. Shipping Information I will be placing the actual collectible box into a shipping box before sending out. Collectible boxes are in new condition unless otherwise stated.
