New in the box. Comes with nice display case. It has ditchlights, front/rear mu cables, painted cables, and correct ns patch w/smaller black ns patch below. Decaling is near perfect. It does need a pack of MV products ls20 lenses to go in ditchlight. Never got around to install. Never ran. DCC ready. From my personal collection with satisfaction guaranteed.
