This a brand NEW vintage Ice bucket West Bend Penguin, Hot and Cold Server I believe it to be the one of earliest model with Genuine wooden handles The box was only opened to take the pictures , Comes with all original packaging. My grandma, my Parents and, ourselves use these things at party's etc, Be a hit at your next party or give it as a gift for your mother or grandma. We use ours for Cold Potato Salad, ice, or at the cookout to put the hotdogs, Brats, Burgers, & Steaks hot I will ship the fastest and best way possible It is a two quart hot and/or cold server
