The following auction is for a VERY rare RETIRED piece by precious moments! so be sure you don't miss out on this item and get your easter decor today!!!!! this is a 2006 precious moments Ne'Qwa Art Easter Egg which features the nativity scene with baby jesus! these eggs ar emouth blown glass. the Ne'Qwa art is a chinese form of artwork. the way it is done, is the egg is blown, with a small hole at the bottom. then the artist takes his brush through the small hole and paints on the inside of the egg!!!!! t is absolutely NO paint on the outside of the egg! the egg features the nativity scene along with greenery painted about. the item comes with a metal stand for the egg, and also comes with a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY!!!!!!! the COA states that the artwork is all freehand, etc. the egg itself is approximately 4 and 1/2 inches tall and 3 inches wide. it also comes in a very beautiful velvet box to keep it stored in if you prefer to store it than display it. everything with this item is completely perfect and is a MUST HAVE for any precious moments collector or easter decor collector! if you go to precious , you will not find these items any longer. i also called them to verify it was retired, and they assured me it was!!!! if you look on ebay, you will find some of these eggs, but not many (if any) of these nativity scene eggs.
