This 4 3/8" length x 3 1/4" wide fossil shark's tooth was worn by a Megalodon (carcharodon)the largest shark ever studied.It's ancestor was the one and only "Great white shark".You know I can never imagine a caveman hooking this shark on his fishing pole....or maybe I can.Food for thought.The tooth has a nice wide root for one of these brown teeth and it is in good shape with some hydration to it.The color is a deep brown almost like a shiney leather.The bourlette that you can still see is faded.You can see seration's all around the tooth and it does have a little feeder wear on the tip.The rest you can see.Thank's for viewing
