This is a very presentable dress bayonet, that has been carried by a german soldier in WWII. The blade is 7 7/8", with total length out of scabbard 12 3/4". The blade shows surface scratches and a very tiny spot of finish loss at tip, see photos.Blade has original brown leather washer. The bottom edge of the black slab grips, have some minor chipping on the lower edges, see photos. The metal grip shows normal wear for a carried item. The scabbard has paint loss. The larger areas are from the leather frog rubbing the paint, see photos. A good honest marked E u F Horster, Soligen, with logo in center of double circle, see photos. ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE ASK.
