Unique lot of silver age Captain Marvel comics. These comics are in very nice shape. Lot includes the first and second appearances of the silver age Captain Marvel (Marvel Super Heroes #12 and #13, see scans below). These two comics preceded the publication of Captain Marvel #1 and the launch of the series. In fact, this lot contains each and every issue of Captain Marvel in the cool green uniform, issues 1 though 16 (the uniform changes to red in issue 17, which is NOT part of this lot). Listed below are basic descriptions of the condition of each issue, plus scans of four of the issues. All issues will be shipped bagged with backers. Winner of auction adds $6.00 for shipping and handling.
