For your consideration is another vintage lot consisting of a very nice STANLEY #605 BED ROCK Jack Plane. Type 6 circa 1914, correct "V" trademark on cutter, good and long too. Front knob good, someone has put a Stanley replacement hardwood handle on this plane. But, included is a extra "new" rosewood handle just like the original at no extra charge (a $25.00 value) Absolutely no chips, cracks, or damage of any sort to the castings of this nice plane. Some some signs of use, light wear and tear, needs a good cleaning/restoration/tuning to bring it back to like new condition. Still retains at least 97 percent of original japanned finish overall. This is a great example, would make a awesome user to great collectors item! Excellent condition!!
