Spearhead Militaria Presents Command Sergeant Major Uniform Grouping! 1st Ranger Battalion - 75th Infantry - Vietnam 1st Ranger Battalion - 1970s 3rd Armored Infantry - 1980s PATHFINDER - MASTER PARACHUTIST!! Bronze Star Recipient! Two Uniforms & Extras Up for auction is this nice grouping of two coats, a pair of trousers, and several medals belonging to a command sergeant major who served with the First Ranger Battalion for over 20 years. Acquired from another collector, I've had these in my possession for over two years now, but figure they should go w they could best be appreciated. This grouping is incredible. The first coat is dated from 1980 and is this Ranger's First Sergeant coat. Showing 16 years of service, the coat is a size 40R and features a gorgeous 75th Infantry First Ranger battalion patch on its former service sleeve (looks like older, in-country production) and Ranger and 1st Ranger Battalion Tabs on its current service sleeve. All insignia and SSI are machine sewn. The second coat (complete with trousers) is this sergeant's Command Sergeant Major's coat and it is phenomenal! This piece dates to 1988 and shows 24 years of service. It is a size 42 (so this man got a little larger with age as expected). His former service sleeve shows 1st Ranger battalion and his current sleeve shows 3rd Armored Division
