VINTAGE GERMAN MUSICAL CUCKOO CLOCK You are bidding on a colorful vintage German musical clock made probably in the 50's. This is a 1-day cuckoo clock that measures 11" tall with the crown on, 8" wide, and 6" deep. The movement is stamped E. SCHMECKENBECHER, Made in Germany. I've overhauled the movement and ultrasonically cleaned it and it runs well. The case and trim is in good shape with just a few blemishes. The crown has a well done previous repair on the back which is not noticable from the front. The upper frame on the right side has a small crack just under the roof which isn't noticable when the crown is on. T is also a small chip under the roof on the right side. This clock has a wood dial with plastic numerals. The bottom portion of the numeral 1 is missing. When I acquired the clock, the hands were broken so I made a pair out of ivory. The back panel has the full instructions on how to operate the clock. The bellow tubes and tops are in good condition. The reason this clock is being auctioned as a parts clock is because t is gear tooth missing on the music drum. When the music box is activated, it will jump before it starts playing. The clock seems to run and play fine but I need to mention this. I accept money orders, cashiers check, personal check, and of course PayPal. Items paid for with personal check will be shipped
