You are bidding on my vintage Venetian Murano Glass Lamp - In great shape, pretty fancy and I believe is all original ???? (no repairs - no damage) Not for sure about the harp or finial being original. I do not know anything about this type of lamp but will try and give a good description and hopefully my pictures will show you exactly what you are bidding on. The metal base is about 2 1/2 inches tall , the glass section is about 18 1/4 inches and the metal shaft from the glass up is about 18 1/2 inches tall - Total height is about 39 1/4 inches tall. The metal base is about 8 1/2 inches wide, appears to be some type of antique brass finish (some tarnished spots) - The glass section is actually in 3 sections which is all held together by a shaft that runs down the middle of it that the electrical wiring goes through. The glass sections appear to be pretty thick glass and are ribbed or fluted and have a pink coloring to them along with some silver speckles and air bubbles (see pictures), the top piece and bottom piece appear to be pretty solid glass and the middle section is hollow in the middle, this sections is about 8 inches wide. The metal top section is a brass like finish, some tarnishing, has a finial and no shade. I could not find any marking on this lamp, it weighs about 16 pounds - I'm figuring 21 pounds for shipping and will ship from zip code 45822. I am also listing another Murano lamp so check out my other auctions - Sorry but will not be able to combine shipping charges - Will not pack together - Too much glass and being safe then sorry.
