Bed Options: All of our beds do come with the original side rails. The majority of our beds can be converted to a queen if you prefer. A full/double mattress is 54-55âe wide x 74-76âe long. A queen mattress is 60âe x 80âe and we will be happy to convert our beds to a queen size for you. We recommend the bed being at least 58âe wide, the wider the bed, the better the conversion looks, and we use the original side rails in all of our conversions.
