Up for auction is a Nichimo 1/20 scale Fuji FA-200 Aerosubaru plastic model kit. The kit contents are complete, but most of the parts are not their original packaging because the model had been partially assembled by its previous owner. As shown in the fourth photo, the main landing gear, wing, horizontal stabilizer and fuselage have been assembled; the engine is also partially assembled. The wing, stabilizer and fuselage were glued together without installing the springs for the moveable control surfaces; I started to take them apart when I first got the kit, but the new onwer will have to finish the job. The model will also need to be painted, as some of the white plastic parts have started to yellow. The finished model has a fully detailed engine and interior, working spring-mounted control surfaces, and can be fitted with an electric motor and a miniature bulbs for propeller rotation and working lights (the kit includes wire, battery contacts and a motor, but will require two miniature bulbs). The kit has a complete English instruction manual. The box is in good condition, but has a bit of crushing on the bottom and shelf wear on top. The winning bidder will pay actual shipping costs based on the size and weight of the package, plus a handling fee that incudes delivery confirmation and insurance.
