Delicately detailed flowers at either end of this lovely handmade sterling ring are overlapped by stylized leaves on either side in a timeless floral composition. The open oval frame and the curved arms on each shoulder enhance the sense of flow and movement characteristic of From's designs. Niels Eric From (1908-1986) opened his own shop in Denmark in 1931. There are a couple of surface scratches on the leaves of the ring which are noticeable only under close examination. The oval top measures 7/8" in length and 5/8" across, and the ring is a US ladies size 7.
