Night Scenes in the Bible 1870 Highly Decorative Leather Binding Beautiful Antique book on the BIBLE! This is one of the nicest books on the bible we have had in a long time. The rich leather covers are stunning, deeply recessed and beautifully decorated with rich gold embossing; it is an heirloom piece to be sure. Entitled NIGHT SCENES in the BIBLE. It is beautifully illustrated with engravings. The book is by Rev. Daniel March D.D. published by Zeigler Murcurdy and Co 1870. The book is complete and is 544 pages in length. It measures about 9 inches by 6 inches being about 2 inches thick. The edges are gold leafed; the leather covers are in very nice condition, as can seen in the images. There is a bit of water stain on the first section of the book and the last, however its faint and certainly in no way detracts or takes away from this highly decorative book. A most interesting book to read, beautiful book to look at, and to add to ones collection. Please view all 8 images, its worth it!
