NIKKO ALPHA 450 STEREO POWER AMP AMPLIFIER This auction is for a used vintage Nikko Alpha 450 stere power amplifier as you see pictured below. This is a BIG BOY!! It tops my scales unpacked around 50 pounds and measures 19" across, 18" deep and 7" tall. I purchased this directly from my local stereo guy who I use to check out my better stereo equipment and he had it running in his system now for about a year and it worked perfect. Somew between the time he removed it from his system (upgraded amps) and the time that I got it for Ebay - the Protect light is on solid and won't go off. I've been using him for testing equipment and buying is used equipment for years now and he is a standup friend. He said that normally you should hear it checking the relays (clicking) for a few seconds and in less then 10 seconds the Protect light should go off. Its not doing that now. For this reason - the amp is being sold AS-IS, NO RETURNS, FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY. It could be that I'm doing something wrong, an easy fix, I don't know. Do to the size and weight of this item - it will only be shipped via Fedex. PAYMENTS We accept PAYPAL, plus other options like local pickup for FREE and coming soon - ProPay!!
