WOW!!!.....as each new masterpiece arrives from the wonderfully talented and creative custom folder maker Frank Niro I can only marvel at his skill and imagination....simply a treat to see each new knife! And this one is a prime example.....his boot fighter pattern with a 3-1/4" blade of multi-bar Eggerling mosaic damascus....first acid etched then blued to showcase the steel's superb high definition pattern. The custom turned and colored 416 thumbstud is inset with a Ruby gem stone. Very special are these bolsters.....Mike Sakmar MOKUME blending copper and silver into a rich and stunning pattern. Then how about those handle scales.....really gorgeous Mammoth Tooth with incredible dark blue contrasting with a creamy tan.....colors developed after thousands of years buried in the arctic permafrost.All torx screws are 24 carat gold plated. The handle scales are set off with burgandy red liners over the main Titanium liners that are anodized in bronze, jewelled on their inner surface and fully fileworked. The full back spacer again showcases Eggerling blued damascus with the "NIRO" nameplate moiunted on the spacer's interior. Overall this amazing collectible linerlock measures 7-3/4" and includes a black padded zipper pouch.
