Here we have my 1989 Nissan Sunny 1.3 which I bought on the 8/6 99 with 38791 miles on the clock, it has given me good service with only the fuel pump that needed to be replaced within a few month's of driving, other than that it has been trouble free motoring with now 112469 on the clock. With a car of this age there will be some issues but I will start with the good points first, All the standard brake pipes were replaced with copper pipes soon after I acquired the car, some can be seen in photo six, that was the only improvement made and a good one at the time. Prior to this MOT at 112462 miles new items have been fitted, Cam belt, Spark plugs, Battery, Infinity Door Speakers, (others had perished), radio & cassette works fine now, Change of oil & filter, fresh antifreeze, latest wiper blades, tyres are good, uniroyal all round. Sunroof, Electric front windows, spare tyre, wheel brace and jack. Now for the issues. As you see in photo four the drivers seat at the edge is a worse for wear, perhaps covers would be the answer, the rear seats are fine, Generally the bodywork is solid but the exterior is needing some TLC as the primer areas show with some surface rust around the rear above the bumper.
