I am listing another six (6) of over fifty Hummels a business friend has asked me to sell that was received from an elderly aunt (now deceased) that brought the entire collection from Germany many, many years ago. This one is dated about 1960 and is the Hummel Figurine "FAVORITE PET" No. 361 about 4-1/2" high in NEAR MINT condition with the Bee trademark, marked "W. Germany", incised "1960" plus another small one I can not read and ink initialed "M" on the bottom plus "M.J.H~~~~~l." on the side of the base in the rear . The lamb has a beautiful glossey appearence . I can not find any flaws anyw . It's obviously been cleaned gently and well-cared for over the years! An 8th Edition (2001) Miller Guide lists the value of this Closed Edition at between $375 - $450 !! Any Reserve listed is only a fraction of the current book value since my friends want to sell the whole collection individually first time around. It is just a beautiful piece that would be a fine addition to any collection.
