~*Nightmare Before Christmas Village*~ This auction is for a HUGE NMBC village lot, from Hawthorne Village. These were purchased one piece at a time through the mail, and each house was $70-total retail value of this lot is $630!!!! I am pretty sure this is every house in the collection, as they quit sending them to me after the last one. I purchased these over the course of 2 years for a friend, who just returned them to me after we parted ways. T were a few pieces that had broken off of various houses, and they have been glued back in place. These were only on display for a very short time and spent most of their life in boxes. A very detailed description of what is included is provided below, as well as MANY pictures. Each house comes with its own light bulb fixture, which snaps easily into the base of the house, and the cords have on/off dials. You will definitely need a few power strips if you want all 9 of these to light up!! All of these are the original bulbs/cords, and they have all been tested and work perfectly. Shipping: Due to these items being extremely fragile, they will most likely not all ship in one box. I havent packaged them yet, but I am expecting it will take a few boxes, and at least a few rolls of bubble wrap, to get these packaged securely. Insurance and delivery confirmation will be provided, and although I will be packaging as carefully as possible, please do not be discouraged if you recieve a house with a small piece broken off-t is really no fool proof way to prevent this once it is out of my hands, all I can do is wrap them. I will be packing the glue with the houses that I used to repair a few already, so you can fix any part that may come loose, be it in shipping, or after you have them set up in your own home. The shipping quote provided is to ship all of the boxes, insured and with delivery confirmation, and for the packaging supplies necessary to ensure safe arrival. These are very solid, heavy houses. If by chance the s/h ends up being less than anticipated, I will gladly refund any difference, but my guess is that I am probably under estimating (in which case I will pay the difference out of pocket). The list includes the figure name, sculpture #, and any special notes about the item. Jack's House, #00694-missing the tower that is supposed to branch off of the backside of the house, small square hole w it used to be (see pics)-this is not noticible when set up unless you know it is supposed to be t, because it is on the back. Also, the front gate has 2 animals on the posts beside the gates, and they have broken off. One is included (loose) but the other is missing. Lizard House, #A5857-missing an unknown piece on the back, small black mark w it used to be attached-again, not noticible when set up because it is on the reverse side Witch House, #A9150-NRFB, only taken out for photos, mint condition and comes with a witch figure and COA Cat House, #A7904-NRFB, only taken out for photos, mint condition and comes with a devil figure and COA Dr.Finklestein's Lab, #B7027 Bat House, #A7127-comes with a vampire figure Town Hall, #B2999-Comes with the Mayor's car, but the car is missing a few pieces. Two are included, loose, but the other 2 have not been found. Two that are missing are a hood emblem, and a post for the front winsheild (see pic). The town hall itself has an orange banner across the front, and on the right corner t is a piece missing from the banner. Cemetary Hill, #B1155-comes with Sally figure, hiding behind a tombstone Lock, Shock & Barrell's Treehouse, #B3179-the top tower has a crack in the plastic, but it was made with an inner metal rod, which still holds it firmly in place, so this is just a minor flaw, only noticible if you are really giving it the once over.
