The House has a Blue Plastic Chimney on One Side and an Attached Garage on the Other With a Blue Garage Door That Rolls Up and Down. The Front has (4) Open Windows and a Blue Front Opening/Closing Door With a Blue Door Bell Lever That Rings When Pushed Down. The House is Hinged on One Side With a Locking Carry Handle on the Top and Opens to Reveal a Garage, Kitchen and Living Room on the Lower Level and (2) Bedrooms on the Upper Level ~Overall Size of House: 15-3/8" Wide x 9-1/4" Deep x 9-1/4" High ~Base of House is Marked "952, Fisher-Price, 1969, 1980 Fisher-Price Toys, Division of the Quaker Oats Co., Made in U.S.A." Masonite base is in nice shape with no cracks, chips or dings. Handle is completely intact and carries the playset securely. Lithos are all present and are original to the set - for the most part, they are in great shape and show very light age/play wear. There is a small water stain on the back left corner of the base near the garage and a few light stains on the inside wall of the bedroom. Accessories are all in super shape with great lithos! Of course, the foam padding is missing from the beds. Little People are also in super shape and show very little paint/play wear. Box is completely intact and would be great for display! The original factory tape has loosened at one end of the box and it appears that the tape was ripped off the other end causing a section of the box to come off with it. There is also some water damage to one corner. Front of the box displays quite well! See Supersize pictures for more information on condition.
