NON-MAGNETIC WATCH Co. PEORIA- PALLIARD'S PATENT. This pocket watch was produced in 1887. The Palliard's Patent non-magnetic watches were advertised in 1887 to be uninfluenced by magnetism of electricity. Each watch of this grade contains the Paillars's patent non-magnetic, inoxidizable compensation balance and hairspring. This watch is very scarce and was produced by The Peoria watch Co. Clean, running and very collectible. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: Eighteen size, open face white porcelain single sunken with a center section pin stripe and Roman figures. This dial is clearly signed: "NON-MAGNETIC WATCH Co." This dial is mint and is very scarce. MOVEMENT: Eighteen size, open face, satin wave damascening, Full plate nickel, lever set to change the time, and marked: "PAILLARD'S PATNET/Balance & Spring", "Non-Magnetic Watch Co./of/America", #20,442. Clean, running and accurate. CASE: Mint plain polished swing out style nickel/silver material "Silveroid" open face case. This case has an extra thick beveled crystal which is impossible to replace.
