True Deco design. A bell shaped cigarette holder. 5" tall with a blue bird finial. 3 1/2" in diameter at bottom. Two parts. the bottom one holds the cigarettes and the top is the cover. It is decorated with a tableaux of two smokers, right out of the 20's. Beige background with figures in silhouette. Black and green trim at bottom. Blue dress and red scarf? on lady. Man is in formal tux. Some small black paint rubs on rim of bottom part, probably from the top rubbing. Can barely see when the top is on. See pics, 5 and 6. No other flaws.
