h-07 We have a 'china shop', antiques and collectibles and lots and lots of dinnerware, from individual pieces to full sets. Noritake is one of the leaders, as far as pretty patterns - however - THIS ONE IS OUTSTANDING! We have never had a Noritake set with gold overlay (rather than just hand painted flowers) and we've been in the china/porcelain business for years. The pattern is so rich, looks like something they might have used in the White House. Each piece is the loveliest white porcelain, with a cream-colored band at the rim. Rims and wells are banded with gold. The pattern has gold scrolls with orange painted leaves in some areas - other areas have a rich, gold-outlined orange flower, with gold overlay embossed leaves. This is a service for 12, with twelve each of the following: 12 dinner plates-10", 12 salad plates 7 ½", 12 bread & butter plates 6 ½", 12 dessert bowls 5 ¼", 12 cups 3 5/8", 12 saucers 5 ½" - all measurements are diameter of the piece. Serving pieces: 1 lemon server 5 ¾"- one open handle, 1 nappy 6 ¼" - one open handle, 1 bowl-oval 9 ½" long, 1 platter-oval 13 ¾" long, 1 butter tub 5"-open handles with 1 ice liner 4", 1 sugar-open 2 ½" tall, 1 creamer - 3" tall, 1 gravy with attached underplate - oval, 9" long underplate. This is a total of 81 pieces - we estimated the weight but will give you actual shipping
