Check out my other items ! A bright and cheerful Deco plate by Noritake of a young girl dressed in a yellow, green and red clown suit. She wears a green and black cap trailing a red pompom. She has a pink tie around her waist with two yellow bells at each end. She has a large white and green ruffled collar and blond hair. T are three white balloons in the air. The background of the plate is blue and it is edged in gold luster. The plate is marked on the back "Noritake". T are some fine scratches in the blue field. This is a wonderful little plate. It measures 7in in diam. Insurance is required and paid by the buyer.Return Policy: If item is not as represented, please email seller through eBay to discuss options or receive a refund, less shipping and insurance.
