NORMAN ROCKWELL illustrations inside a complete SATURDAYEVENING POST Magazine - “ I COVER THE POST ” by Norman Rockwell Date: July / August, 1976 – Bicentennial Issue Pages: 132 pages Size: 10 x 13-inches Condition: Straight from my personal collection, these original 11 Norman Rockwell illustrations inside a complete SEP magazine contain the complete six articles. The illustration pages have no edge tears or creases, but there is a bump on the top and right edges. All of the illustrations are vivid and fresh, against nice and clean backgrounds. The magazine cover has no edge tears, but there is a crease on the very top right corner tip, a bump on the top edge, and some waviness on the right edge. Someone used this magazine as a coaster, as there is a very light water ring. The slightly faded illustration is vivid and fresh against a nice and clean background. The complete magazine is still securely bound with its 3 staples. As I thumb through this magazine, the inside pages appear clean, with no tears or dog eared corners. Each right edge has a raised and an incised “bump” that I think was done in the printing process. The back cover has 1 tiny top and bottom edge tears, with creases on those tears. The paper has been slightly rubbed, and the illustration is vivid and fresh against a clean background. Extras: This Bicentennial
