MINT, RARE in original box, in original packaging . Plate has never been out of the sealed plastic that it was originally shipped in!! "Under the Mistletoe" by Norman Rockwell. The 1971 Franklin Mint Christmas Plate is made of solid sterling silver and contains an original etching of the work entitled "Under the Mistletoe" drawn by Norman Rockwell expressly for this limited edition. The blue satin lined box is stamped on the inside lid "The Second Annual Franklin Mint Christmas Plate by Norman Rockwell, solid sterling silver/limited edition 1971". Includes Pacific Silvercloth that prevents tarnish. You would want to store your plate in , once it is opened. But the plate has NO tarnish as it is in it's original packaging. Includes Certificate of Authenticity(Registered to Ralph R. Miller, September 1, 1971) and original card with background story and care instructions .
