For Sale is this Norman Rockwell Numbered and Signed PrintThe Print is called The Marriage License or some people call it the Marriage ContractPrint # 823 out of 2500Image size is 22.75 x 21Frame size is 33 x 35 Make me an offer i can't refuse! This is one of many amazing prints from Norman Rockwell. He is an American classic.The authenticity certificate was done by Princess of fine Arts in 2006 This particular print is framed in a very nice ornate gold color frame. The frame is in excellent condition and the frame has plexiglass instead of fragile glass. There is one small scratch on the plexi glass on the bottom left corner. This print has been in storage for the last few years and we are looking to sell to help with our Christmas shopping.
