This is a new condition, older style 2.5 inch felt patch from the North Bergen, NJ Auxiliary Police Department. This particular patch has some paper markings on the reverse from being removed from a wall display but has no effect on the front. I currently have several other Reserve, Special and Auxiliary NJ patches listed with more to come over the next few weeks so if you collect this area please keep checking my listings.
