This is a very clean spiral push drill w/ 8 different sized drills (from 1/16" to 11/64") that store in the handle, also including the original box. It is marked "YANKEE NO. 41 NORTH BROS. MFG. CO. PHILA PA. U.S.A." on the nickel plated area between the handle and the knurled nut. This is the earlier model made by North Bros. before they sold the company to Stanley Tools in 1946. It measures 10" long overall extended without the drill bit. The steel spring chuck and spiral system are in good useable condition with very little wear. Nickel plating is 97% intact, very little signs of use, 99% like new. The bits are removeable, and have a .168" diameter shank. The original green paper covered cardboard box is in good condition with mostly edges worn, solid, lots of clear tape on the top and bottom, a good original label, that states this is a "YANKEE NO. 41 AUTOMATIC DRILL". A nice, clean automatic, spiral push drill, with a nice selection of drills!
