Large size Northern Bank £5 note dated 1st April 1982 (ref. P188). This crisp note does not appear to have entered circulation and has had virtually no / or extremely light handling- I cannot see any obvious flaws in it. This note is part of a large collection of UK, Irish banknotes and European notes I accumulated mainly in the mid to later 1990s. The notes were bought from reputable dealers and not advertised as having been cleaned, flattened/ironed, repaired or otherwise altered in any way, nor have they been subjected to any similar treatment whilst in my possession, but have been stored in appropriate Mylar folders, placed in albums and not handled. I have refrained from grading the notes, but feel free to submit any questions about them. I can supply more photographs if needed.
