Wonderful Pitcher Up for sale is a beautiful peice of antique opalescent glassware. This pitcher was made by the Northwood Glass Co., while operating as a part of National Glass. The pattern is called "Blown Twist", which dates to 1903. It is in the gorgeous and rare cranberry opalescence. The tankard style pitcher measures approximately 10 1/4 inches high. It is in great condition having no chips or cracks. The one fault is a heat check in the applied handle. It is in the top portion of the handle w it attaches to the pitcher. It cannot be felt but seen. It is common in old glass and is inside the glass. Other than that and a few unburst air bubbles, some ash in the glass, the pitcher is pristine. It's tough to find one without a heat check, yet it's also simply tough to find one, period. This would make a fantastic addition to your collection. Don't let this one get away. I feel I have described everything important about this item, but if you have any questions, I would be more than happy to help. Thank you and good luck!
