Welcome to Killer Karnival Week!! If you're a collector looking for rare pieces, scare colors and awesome irridesence, this is for you. The previous owner of this collection had an impeccable eye for color. All pictures have been taken outdoors in natural light. No flash or artificial lighting has been used. I was able to obtain around 50 pieces. I will be listing over the next couple of days. Keep checking back for more listings. I have taken numerous pictures of each piece. If you need more pics, please email me with a personal email address (you can't send pics through the ebay system). Let me know what portion of the piece you would like pics of, & I'll gladly email them to you. If you've bought carnival glass from me before, you know that I offer a NO RISK GUARANTEE on all of my carnival glass! If for ANY reason, you are not happy with your puchase, simply return the piece to me (please email me & let me know first). I will in turn refund your purchase price, shipping, insurance and return shipping cost and insurance. I will describe any damage, manufacturing flaws, straw marks, large bubbles, heat checks, irridization loss or anything else note worthy. Again, please email me with questions. Northwood's grape & cable candle lamp. Don't see many of these around. Measures 9 3/4 inches tall. Deep amethyst with spectacular color. Lots of blues and golds with purple highlights. This is a real beauty. Candle stick is in great shape. No cracks chips or fleabites. The shade is in great shape, but I'll point out what I believe are mfg flaws. The inner rim at the top of the shade is a bit rough. T also is a very shallow indentation that could be a smoothed out surface chip. Personally, I think it came out of the mold like this. The shade fits fine on the metal frame, and the inner circle around the top of the shade is not perfectly circular?(I'm really bad with geometric terminology). Anyway, I check out the pics. This is a stunning piece! WARNING: If you win this auction, I would highly recommend putting a candle in it before assembly. The metal frame balances on the candlestick & frame. It is definitely not stable. I understand why the shades are so hard to find. My reserve on this piece is $600.00 I will gladly combine shipping on multiple auction wins. Check out my other items !
