Welcome to my auction! I have about 50 pieces of Carnival Glass. Please check my other listings for items you might like! This auction is for a Marigold Carnival Glass Table Set. This is the "Grape & Gothic Arches" pattern made by the Northwood Glass Company in the early 1900's. It is marked with a raised circle on the bottom. You can reference this pattern in the Standard Encyclopedia of Carnival Glass, 9th Edition on page 123. I had this Set listed on individual auctions, and I received several e-mails asking me to list it together. Since t were no bids, I was able to close the other auctions and re-list. The Butterdish is 6" tall x almost 8" in diameter. The top is very dark, it almost has red in it. N o problems to report except a few microscopic bumps under the outer rim of the base. The Sugar is just over 6" tall with the lid on and 4 1/4" in diameter, not counting the handles. It has some little nicks in the pattern and some rough places on the handles. (see closeups) The top has some pinpoints of wear, only 2-3 of them are in the glass, most are in the finish only. The Lid is completely perfect, although it fits a little bit crooked. The Creamer is 4 1/8" tall. It has a shiny exterior and a satiny interior. The interior is almost all bright pink! No problems at all to report except a little bit of soda ash on the rim.
