It is a painted sign meaning that it is silver paint that you see NOY aluminum. It has never been used and still had the original rice paper on the sign until I peeled it off to take the pictures (see photos). This sign is very colorful as you can see and measures 30 x 18 inches. T are 4 factory nail holes to use for hanging this sign and no extra damage holes. It's not 100% mint (nothing is to me) but it does have brilliant colors and is not dented or bent. This is a factory painted sign....t are NO decals on this sign. It is over 50 years old and it's GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC.....I do NOT sell reproductions.
