REDUCED by $300. FINAL OFFER. My 10-day auction with more than 450 views, more than 40 "watchers" and half a dozen inquiries about selling this machine outside eBayâe"just ended with no bids. I don't wheel & deal privately; isn't the whole point of an auction to part with an item for exactly what it's worth, no more, no less?I am re-listing this item for 3 days only, and reduced by $300. This is the lowest amount for which I'm willing to part with this machineâe"the bottom line, below which I'd rather just keep it. Please do not send emails during or after this auction asking to buy this Buckaroo for less than the reduced price I am now listing it for, as this decision is final. The description hasn't changed: I think any interested collector will already know this excellent machine from the early 1950s and what makes it so valuable. First of all, they're relatively rare because Jennings didn't manufacture very many of them. I just attended the semi-annual slot machine show in suburban Chicago, and out of hundreds of machines, I didn't see a single Buckaroo! The Buckaroo model is valuable for its fourth wheel, its light-up feature and, on this particular machine, the Sands logo. (The Sands Hotel & Casino was imploded in Las Vegas in 1996.) I've had this machine for about 15 years, and about a year ago (before I decided to sell), I paid $330 for general maintenance (grease the parts, etc.). It works just great! T is some scaling and slight pitting of the chrome on the top (not noticed when simply standing t playing the machine). Otherwise, excellent condition. This is a beautiful machine. I've added one of those little removable ash tray inserts, which is stamped "Nevada Club." Buyer pays by cash upon picking up the item in Chicago, OR willing to have crated & shipped at buyer's expense. Please note: The sale or even ownership of coin-operated slot machines is regulated or forbidden in a number of states, even for personal in-home use, and the laws are often complex and may subject violators to criminal penalties. Tfore, due to laws regulating the sale of antique slot machines, I, as the seller, will not sell to members in the states of Alabama, Connecticut, Hawaii, Indiana, Nebraska, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Bids from members residing in any of these states will be cancelled. Buy It Now transactions with buyers residing in these states will be considered void.
