Hello all!! Bankskull isback! 2013 is going to continue to sizzle! I did not do much bank collecting this last year BUT here is the up side: I am downsizing my personal collection and I will be selling off some incredible near mint to mint cast iron and tin pieces, plus many other pieces/parts and projects!! You are bidding on a composition Mickey Mouse bobble figure. Manufactured in Germany under license from the Walt Disney Corp c1930’s. Has Mickey Mouse Walt Disney Corp Germany label on the bottom, perfect condition. Very early long nosed “funny” looking Mickey with a piped cleaner tail. It’s made of a composition material & has no cracks, which is not generally the case for these composition pieces, the tended to break/fall apart (see pix). They are notorious for cracking, this piece is in EXCELLENT condition for this type item. This guy is not played with so the paint is in pristine condition! It has 98% of its original paint, it has a nice patina as well. Excellent detail in the hand paint. This is a very special piece in exceptional condition and is from my personal collection. Looks like you would hang it from the car mirror with the original spring hanger and Mickey will bounce along with you in your ride. The surface finish is 100% original - it has never been restored, repainted, touched up or altered in any way. There are no cracks, chips, breaks, repairs or damage of any kind other than any stated. 2 3/8” tall. Estimated book; $100 Will combine, prefer it actually.
