You are bidding on a genuine Franciscan Crown rosary, which is worn either by a Franciscan nun, priest, friar, or monk. This Franciscan Crown rosary contains seven decades of wood beads. The rosary attaches to the belt, and this rosary even has the belt clips. The belt clips have a depiction of the Virgin Mary (see scan). Also on the strand is a S. Chiara D'Assisi medal, with Franciscus Assisiensis on the back (which has a mark of G.S. imprinted. The crucifix has says Italy on the front and Cursillo de Cristiandad inscribed into the back. It is about 4" long. The stud that holds the feet down is still in the crucifix, but the feet are not held securely. This appears to be the only thing wrong at all with this unique, vintage, real item. This rosary is over 80" long!!!! This is truly a beautiful, and amazing piece.
