This item is not hateful, discriminatory or any other such silliness. This item is a document from the Nuremberg trial that was held to prosecute those who were hateful and discriminatory. I can not find one single thing in the ebay policy that would prohibit this item. This listing takes me a significant amount of time to list so please do not terminate this listing for no reason. Actual trial evidence from the estate of Dr Robert M. W. Kempner. Dr kempner was a lawyer in the pre-war Prussian Ministry of the Interior. As he was Jewish, In 1933 he fled and settled in the United States. In 1945 he returned to Germany to take part in the prosecution at the Nuremberg trials. In January of 2005 the documentation he kept from the trial was auctioned off. Being offered in this auction is an original document from the Nuremberg trial. This document is a very interesting 2 page document regarding economic decisions to be made in the occupied territories during and after Barbarosa. This is the first translation of the German document (headed as "TOP SECRET" and dated May 5,1941). On the top of this first page is the header "TRANSLATION OF DOCUMENT 1927-PS OFFICE OF U.S. CHIEF OF COUNSEL". The entire document is labeled as "Questions which are still to be ordered by the Reich Marshal and/or settled by the Fuehrer". Among topics considered are economic and agricultural exploitation and the forming of 4 future Reich Commissariats (Baltic, Ukraine, Moscow and Caucasus). On the second page is an interesting topic, mainly the poor security off of the main roads and the lack of manpower to properly police the area, probably due to partisan activity. This is a unique oppurtunity to own a piece of the Nu remberg trials! For the sake of provenance, this document includes a catalog and a color flyer from the auction. The catalog does have a brief synopsis of Dr Kempner's story. Additional catalogs can be purchased for $3.00 each (just let me know and add it to your payment).
