East German NVA Paratrooper Boots You are bidding on a very nice pair of 100% authentic East German Army NVA Paratrooper Boots. These boots were obtained in Germany by a US Marine who was stationed in Germany at the time of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The boots are made of black leather and are marked an East German size 31 1/2, which I believe are us 12 or 12 1/2. The bottom of the boot measures 13" long, and 4 1/2" wide. The boots lace about half way up, then have a leather flap that secures with leather straps. The inside of the left boot has the NVA stamp. The boots were used, but are in very good condition. T is some wear to the soles, wrinkling of the leather, scuffs and other signs of normal use. The right boot has a couple scratches on the toe. T is no other significant damage or flaws.
