Chopper III by NWSL You are bidding on one Northwest Short Line's Chopper III. This version of the Chopper has a 7.5" x 18" base, which provides increased space for more easily working with longer materials. This unit also has two additional locations for handles for modelers and professionals who wish to keep 1, 2 or 3 work stations set-ups intact at one time. This is one of the most useful tools ever for model builders working in wood or plastic strip materials. It provides clean, neat, feather-free and accurate cuts easily and inexpensively using easy obtainable standard single edge razor blades. PAYMENT & SHIPPING: Payment is to be made through the use of PayPal and winning bidder agrees to pay for shipping and insurance on these kits. All shipping of items less than one pound will be made by USPS Priority Mail. For items over one pound, I will ship through the lowest cost shipper. All shipments will have insurance and each of the items will be packaged for a safe delivery. COMBINE SHIPMENTS: You may combine shipments to lower your shipping costs of multiple purchases.
