Navy eyelet lace ruffle trim on bottom, accented with a petite flower ruffle. Fabric cover buttons, in mult fabrics to match the patchwork details. Empire waist. 14" across the shoulders 38 inch bust with some room so it will not fit too tight. 30" wide where the elastic is for the empire waist. 16.5" from under arm to bottom 25" from shoulder to bottom. 13" from shoulder to empire waist International Buyers: Please contact me for shipping quotes.
