These (3) Pieces of Vintage Porcelain came from an elegant - very vintage old Dallas Estate. This Estate Sale had some of the oldest items I have ever seen in an Estate Sale - early period furniture, glassware patterns that you just don't see anymore and priced so high I could not think about buying - only look and dream. I did think these (3) vintage porcelain pictures were very pretty and have had them for a number of years. Unfortunately - I am having to clear a part of my collection and offering them for someone else to enjoy. The colors are dainty, delicate soft colors that just seem to capture your attention. The Pedestal Bowl is marked "O&EG" "Royal Austria" It was made between 1899 to 1918. Altrohlau, Bohemia, Czech. In 1899 Oscar Gutherz joined Edgar Gutleiz the former manager of Rudolstadt to manufacture table & decorative porcelain. This mark was used until 1918 when changed to Opiag. So this Pedestal Bowl and Plate/tray were made prior to 1918. The Pedestal Bowl is marked, the plate/tray is not - but they belong together - painted identical and same porcelain. The Pedestal Bowl measures 4 inches high, 6 inches across the top and pedestal is 3 1/2 across the base. This bowl and tray have a true crystal ring to the porcelain. The basket is marked Vienna, Austria and has a handpainted stamp that I can not quite read. 5 inches read more
