This is an Amish-made Reproduction Oak Hotel Stepdown Washstand. This is a reproduction of our best selling Antique Step Down Hotel Washstands. We have TWO hotel washstands available for shipping in four weeks. The width is 43", Depth 20 3/4", Height to top surface is 36" and 79 1/2" to top of mirror. They can then be finished to your specifications. Look at the pictures provided and you will see two variations. The stain color, hardware, faucet and sink selection will be yours! The sink could be a drop-in sink of your choice or a vessel sink of your choice. The Hotel Washstand is priced at $1,195.00 with a standard 19 x 16 sink with choice of faucet finish. Once these washstands are spoken for, we can reorder with a 12 week delivery estimation. We normally have the vanities we have ordered Sold before we have them finished, so do not hesitate to order in plenty of time to meet your bathroom deadlines. All of our vanities are protected with a product called Fabulon. Each piece is protected inside and out and the surface gets 3 to 4 coats of the Fabulon. Fabulon is used on gym floors and hardwood floors. It is a very tough surface. Water will bead up on the vanity until you wipe the water off. The vanities top drawer still has storage on each side and two doors for additional storage. This is our business and we are very proud of our vanities. We love them and we know you will too. You are welcome to pick up the vanity at our shop location in Ashland, Ohio or we can ship anyw using Packship USA. We are so busy completing vanities specifically chosen by our customers that we have very little time to get any vanities Ready for Purchase.
