You are bidding on a wonderful handmade Oak Wine Barrel Lazy Susan I make these myself and have been doing so for years. I pick up American Oak or French Oak barrels from Napa & Sonoma valley and take them apart right in my own woodshop. I then sand each piece at least three times to bring out the natural beauty. These are great pieces, recently picked up in Sonoma Valley & Napa Valley. These pieces are stained & have a semi-gloss protective finish. Approximately 23 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Please email if you have questions. You may notice some separation of the barrel staves as the piece ages, but I have attached a backing board to help support the barrel head. You will notice that the underside of each barrelhead is colored from the storage of the red wine the barrel was used for. This only adds to the unique character. I use a lazy susan spinner, purchased from a woodworking supply store to ensure that you will receive years of turning ease. I also then add soft felt pads to the piece so your furniture is protected. This makes a wonderful gift for you or a friend. Please email if you have questions. These barrelheads are unique and some will have markings from the barrel manufacturer on them. I will also take special orders if you have one. T is no reserve on this auction! Payment is to be made with one week of auction close or non-paying bidder will be filed with EBay. I ship via FedEx Ground, in a mirror box with packing material to help ensure a safe arrival. Buyer will pay shipping and packaging costs of $19.95 to the lower 48 in the US. This includes tracking number and shipping insurance.
