Obsolete, antique, historical and extremely hard to find, very rare silver-tone 5 pointed ball tipped star Sheriff badge. Badge reads on front: INYO~SHERIFF~COUNTY. Badge measures about 2 1/4 inches in diameter. Maker marked on back: AM. PAC. STP.CO. LOS ANGELES. A very rare hallmark to find: AMERICAN PACIFIC STAMP COMPANY. This old time badge maker has long since gone out of business. Old style pin back with saddle cover plate with fork and catch, in excellant working condition. This badge shows honest street wear and is in over all excellant condition. Bid early and bid often. What you see is what you get. THIS IS A SHERIFF BADGE the top law inforcement officer in county. These type badge is very rare. This badge is over 75 years old or is a historical badge that meets eBay guidelines for historical defunct and obsolete badges.
