Obsolete Borough of Luton Special Constab le lapel badge. This badgedoes not breach E Bay rules, as it is no longer in use. This lapel badge is in excellent undamaged condition. It comes with i t's or iginal box, which has on it The Usher Manufacturin g Co Vittoria Street Birmingham On the front of the badge the wording says BO ROUGH OF LUTON SPECIAL CONSTAB LE There is a horse shoe shape fixing on the back which is intact . On the back i t has a stamped in number 164 and USHER V ITTORIA ST B'HAM. It measures about 2 4 mm wid e and abo ut 3 7 mm high. No Reserve. Po st and Packaging at buyers expe nse .
