Antique turn of the century, nickel cut out star/sheild 2" x 1 3/4" with delicate wire safety pin. Sheild reads Special Police, number "7" in star center with Kutztown, Pen at the bottom of sheild. Hand stamped lettering with hand with hand engraved tickling around the points of the star. Some old peace officer was proud of this one!!
